Terms & Conditions for Cycling Holidays:
1. Booking Confirmation:
- Your booking constitutes a binding agreement for the cycling holiday.
- Ensure that you understand and agree to the terms outlined herein.
- LISA BIKES Ltd. organizes all presented vacation deals and tours on this Website and is your contractual partner.
- Bookings can be made by e-mail or website.
- After 1-5 working days you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail that the reservation has been accepted.
2. Execution of the contract and payment:
- With the execution of the contract, a deposit of €100 per person per booking (€150 per person for tours of 14 days or more) will be charged.
- The balance payment is due 4 weeks before starting the tour.
3. Cancellation before the start of the trip or shortening of the trip:
- The customer may cancel the tour at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing, and the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 28 days (inclusive) before arrival: €100 per person per booking (€150 per person for tours of 14 days or more)
- Up to 21 days (inclusive) before arrival: 40% of the package
- Up to 14 days (inclusive) before arrival: 60% of the package
- Up to 7 days (inclusive) before arrival: 80% of the package
- Up to 1 day (inclusive) before arrival: 90% of the package
- If the customer of LISA BIKES Ltd. provides replacement participants, no cancellation compensation is required.
- If the customer is not available due to incapability (e.g., due to illness, premature return, etc.), he is not entitled to a pro-rata refund of the price.
4. Accommodations:
- Accommodations are based on availability and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Bicycle Rental:
- The rental of bicycles is not included in the package.
- All bike models are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for premium or specialized bike models.
6. Values to be Paid in Case of Loss or Theft:

- eMTB - 3,200 €
- MTB Premium - 900 €
- MTB - 700 €
- eTRK - 3,000 €
- TRK - 700 €
- eTOU PLUS - 3,400 €
- eTOU - 2,600 €

- eRoad - 3,200 €
- Road Di2 - 3,200 €
- Road PLUS - 2,800 €
- Road - 1,500 €
- eGravel PLUS Di2 - 5,000 €

7. Values to be Paid in Case of Loss or Theft with Protection Plus:
- In case of loss or theft, the values listed for Loss or Theft will apply with a 50% discount.
- The Protection Plus option costs 30 € for tours up to 8 days and 50 € for tours of 9 days or more.
8. Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors. Alternative arrangements will be made when necessary.
9. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
10. Participant Responsibilities:
- Participants are responsible for their fitness level and ensuring that they can handle the physical demands of the cycling holiday. Follow safety guidelines provided during the trip.
11. Liability:
- We are liable under the duty of care for the accuracy of the description of all services on this website, for the proper selection and placement of the service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.), and a conscientious preparation and settlement.
- You take part in the tours at your own risk. Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring the health conditions requirements for the booked tours. Each participant is responsible for compliance with the Highway Code by itself.
- Our liability, regardless of the legal reason, is limited in total to the amount of three times the price if the damage has been proven to be caused by us. If there are objections of unexpected reason, you have to communicate them to us in writing immediately.
- Jurisdiction in case of any disputes is Faro.
Liability Limitation: The company's liability, no matter the legal grounds (e.g., breach of contract, negligence, etc.), is capped. The maximum amount the company would be responsible for paying in case of proven damages is three times the price of the service or product.
Proven Damage: The limitation applies only if it can be proven that the damage was caused by the company.
Objections: If there are any objections or issues arising from unexpected circumstances, the customer must notify the company immediately in writing. This likely refers to unforeseen issues that could impact the service or product and might be grounds for a complaint or claim.
12. Insurance:

Our exclusive service provider partner in Portugal Lisa Bikes Limitada operates in Portugal under the Tourism National Agency number RNAVT 5114, ensuring compliance with EU liability insurance requirements for travel agencies. 13. Complaints Resolution:
- For the resolution of complaints, please contact our team.
- The consumer has access to the electronic complaints register at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, where he may submit his complaint.
