Luggage Tag Included
Each booking includes a personalised luggage tag to make identifying your bags easy. Simply attach it before your first transfer, and AlgarveCycling will take care of the rest. Please note that bags without a tag cannot be transported.
Drop-off and Delivery
Please leave your luggage at the hotel reception by 10:00 am so we can collect it on time. Your bags will arrive at your next hotel by 16:00 at the latest, ensuring a seamless move to your next destination. Specific delivery times within this window are not available.
Baggage Restrictions
Each person is allowed one piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg, ideally a soft holdall or medium-sized suitcase. Additional bags can be added for a fee. Bags must not have items attached to the outside or anything with sharp edges. For health and safety reasons, weight limits are enforced, and drivers may refuse to move excessively heavy bags to avoid injury. AlgarveCycling cannot be held liable for any costs or inconvenience this may cause.
Liability
Your luggage will be handled multiple times during your tour, and normal wear and tear may occur. AlgarveCycling cannot be held responsible for cosmetic damage such as scratches, broken handles, or wheels. For security, we recommend padlocking your bags, as collection and delivery take place without direct handover between you and our team, and we cannot accept responsibility for missing items. Avoid packing valuables or fragile items such as laptops, tablets, cameras, or mobile phones in your luggage, as AlgarveCycling is not liable for any damage or loss to your bags or their contents during transport. Please ensure that your luggage and its contents are protected by your travel insurance.
Luggage Storage
AlgarveCycling offers a secure and convenient luggage storage service for clients, allowing you to travel light during your tour.
Your luggage can be safely stored in the warehouse for the duration of your trip. Please ensure that your bags are clearly labeled and, for your security, are secured with a padlock.
Important: We kindly ask that you do not leave any valuable items, such as electronics, cash, or documents, in your stored bags. While every precaution is taken, AlgarveCycling is not liable for the loss or damage of any contents left in your luggage.
